On this home page we'll introduce our organization and highlight important areas on our site. Here we will introduce you to the many organizations, businesses, churches and people that make up the Sumter, SC Black/ African-American Community. We do not pretend to represent the whole Sumter Black/African-American community, but we hope to give you peak at the very diverse and active community.

There are thousands of organizations, each with a specific purpose or goal. There are so many reasons why one should consider becoming part of an organization he or she believes in. By building an effective web site, we hope to get our message out to a larger audience of people interested in The Sumter Black / African-American Community.
